Thank You For Not Morphing

The sisters' estranged father returns, but he has teamed up with the new neighbours who are shape-shifters trying to steal the Book of Shadows. Piper and Phoebe don't remember much about Victor Halliwell, but Prue remembers all too well how he walked out on them and is suspicious as to why he has returned.  This is Leo's first appearance as the Halliwell's Handyman.

• In this episode, the sisters’ father was named Victor Halliwell, but later it is shown in "That '70s Episode" that Halliwell is their mother’s name and their father is actually Victor Bennet.
• Tony Denison portrays Victor in only this episode - James Read takes over the role in all future appearances.
• Although the Shape Shifters are able to take the Book of Shadows to the Manor's doorway, in the future it is explained that no evil creature can't actually touch the book.
